The Space Provider agrees to provide the Member with a designated workspace (hot desk / dedicated desk / private office) at the co-working facility.
Monthly membership fee payable in advance by the 1st of each month. The fee includes desk access, Wi-Fi, utilities, and shared amenities as per the selected plan.
Security deposit of one month's membership fee payable upon registration.
Access hours: [24/7 / Business hours 9 AM - 8 PM / Custom hours]. After-hours access may be granted for dedicated plans.
The Member shall have access to shared facilities including meeting rooms (subject to booking), printing services (at cost), kitchen, and common areas.
The Member shall maintain a professional environment and shall not create disturbance for other members.
The Member is responsible for the security of their personal belongings and equipment. The Space Provider is not liable for loss or theft.
Confidentiality: Members shall respect the confidentiality of other members' business activities.
The Member shall not sublet, share, or transfer their membership or workspace to others.
15 days' notice for membership cancellation. Unused days are non-refundable.
The Space Provider reserves the right to modify amenities, access hours, or floor plans with 30 days' notice.
The Space Provider may terminate membership for violation of community guidelines or non-payment.
