The Landlord lets the DHA residential property to the Tenant as described herein, including phase, street, and sector details.
Monthly rent payable by the 7th of each month.
Security deposit of two months' rent payable upon signing.
The Tenant shall obtain a DHA NOC (No Objection Certificate) for tenancy, if required by the local DHA authority.
The Tenant shall comply with all DHA rules, bylaws, and regulations including parking, construction, and community guidelines.
DHA monthly charges and ground rent shall be paid by the Landlord unless otherwise agreed. Utility charges by the Tenant.
The Tenant shall register with DHA security office and comply with the gate pass and visitor protocols.
No structural alterations, extensions, or exterior changes without DHA and Landlord's written approval.
Residential use only. Commercial activities not permitted in residential zones per DHA bylaws.
Vehicle parking subject to DHA regulations. No commercial vehicles in residential streets.
30 days' notice for termination. DHA office to be notified of change of tenant.
10% annual rent increase upon renewal.
