The Hostel Owner/Manager agrees to provide accommodation to the Resident in the designated room/bed space as described.
Monthly accommodation fee payable in advance by the 1st of each month. Fees include room, shared facilities, and basic utilities unless stated otherwise.
Security/admission deposit of one month's fee payable upon admission. Refundable upon departure after deducting any damages.
The accommodation is for the Resident only. Unauthorized overnight guests are not permitted.
Shared facilities (kitchen, bathroom, common room, laundry) must be used responsibly and kept clean.
The management reserves the right to allocate, change, or reassign rooms as needed with reasonable notice.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise, parties, and disturbances are prohibited.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The Resident shall not damage property, walls, or fixtures. Cost of any damage will be charged to the Resident.
The management shall provide basic security, water supply, and electricity. Internet and meals are subject to the selected package.
15 days' notice required for departure. Fees are non-refundable for partial months.
The management reserves the right to terminate the stay with 7 days' notice for violation of hostel rules.
